We strive to give you a seamless shopping experience every time you shop with us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made the exchange process super easy for you.
All products purchased from site can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked!
Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 3 days of delivery by calling us.
We offer FREE pickup for customers who opt for the online exchange process. The online exchange process on average takes 7-10 working days.
A Product (s) is viable for an exchange as long as the
- Product is in a saleable condition and is unused, and/or unwashed, with the original tags and price labels attached along with the proof of purchase.
- Your proof of purchase is either a receipt or the online order confirmation email. Both are acceptable.
However, we will be unable to process your exchange request if:
- The exchange request is made outside the specified time frame (within 30 days of delivery).
- Product is damaged because of use or has been tampered with.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing and order invoice.
- Any excess fabric or embellishment utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange claims will not be regarded as valid.
- We do not take responsibility for items purchased from any unauthorized sellers/individuals. Only shop authentic products from our official website tailortag.com (all orders placed at tailortag.com are delivered in the original flyer/box).
We try our absolute best to furnish you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are completely comfortable when placing your order.
Currently, we do not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please register your complaint by filling out the Complaint/Inquiry form or you may call us at +92-302-111-4332 for inquiry.
International orders are delivered in a box wrapped with the logo tape. We will not entertain any complaint where customer hasn’t received the order in the original flyer/tape.
Tailor Tag or Sartoria does not offer a “cash refund”.
However, there are specific cases where a refund is allowed. Refund may only be issued on credit/debit card order(s) when the customer cancels the order, before Tailor Tag starts processing the shipment.
If an article is found to be defective during quality control and being the only piece available, gets removed from the order.
A refund will approximately take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
Customer may cancel the order at any time before the order has been processed.
Tailor Tag has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as – item is out of stock, pricing errors, article found as defective in quality control or the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
