Registering on our website will allow you to track your order easily and checkout quickly using your saved shipping and billing details. It will also give you reward points which you can use in your next orders for discounts. However you can checkout without making an account.

Registering with us is easy. You can create an account by going through the following steps:

1- Click on ‘My Account’ in the footer quick links section of the website.
2- Enter your email address and password.
3- Click on register button.

You will receive a confirmation email and you are registered.

Click on ‘Forgot Password’ available in the My Account page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Reset Password’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to re-set your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

Yes you can do it easily in your account dashboard.

Order history is only available for registered customers. Please sign-in to ‘My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details. Orders details are also sent via email.

Browse our website and select the product you want.

On product’s detail page select size, color and quantity

Click “Add to Cart”

You can review your shopping cart here. You can add/remove the selected products, change the quantity or add any coupon codes.

Click “Checkout”

If you have an account, please click login. If you don’t have an account please enter your email address or phone number

Fill your shipping address (where you want your products to be delivered)

Provide your billing information and continue to the payment method and choose your preferred payment option. Then select payment method.

Click “Complete order” and review your order summary.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your purchase of the item and does not mean that the item is reserved for you. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may have purchased the item.

Once your order has been logged, you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, listing and price of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. However, the order would be shipped only when payment verification is complete (in case of online payments) or telephonic verification of shipping address has been carried out (in case of Cash on Delivery).

You can visit the Order history to check your current order status as well as your previous order history. OR click on Order Tracking in the footer section of the website.

Yes you can cancel your order while you receive the confirmation call. Once confirmed it can not get cancelled.

If you have paid for the order online. You must immediately call on the support number to get your order cancelled.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. We don’t accommodate any changes to the order. We suggest that the customer cancels the order within 24 hours of placing the order, and places a new order.

Following are the payment options available for your convenience:

1- Cash On Delivery (for Pakistan orders only)
2- Online Payment (Visa or Mastercard)

Yes. All payment information submitted by our customers is kept confidential. All Credit Card and Debit Card payments are processed over a secure encrypted connection/gateway, with the highest level of security and confidentiality.

In case of a payment failure, make sure the Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address etc. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

The COD service is available all over Pakistan. COD is not available internationally.

Local Order delivery takes 4-7 days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order.

Shipping cost is fixed for all orders in Pakistan at PKR 150 only. For international orders shipping charges depends on weight, shipping charges are mentioned separately as a part of order on the check-out page. Final amount charged will include shipping charges.

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.
